Fundraising newsletter
Your donor newsletter must be something that the people after you send a donation. If your newsletter, business model and the board allows it, you can use the newsletter as a way to get donors. An excellent example is a magazine called vim & vigor. It is 8.5 "x 11'', full color, and actually looks like a newspaper. It is absolutely bound and appear to be there on the shelves next to Cosmopolitan at the checkout at a supermarket.
If you look at one of the last numbers in the upper right corner, which was titled "Touching the hearts and health of our community, St. Joseph's Healthcare Foundation." This is a hospital in the city of London, Ontario. This is a newspaper that people in society, the donor is sent, and also for those who have expressed interest in supporting the organization, but not yet received a gift.
How long do you run a contact on a mailing list before you? For example, if someone was on the mailing list since the founding of the ministry, but she has never had contact with the financial support. It all depends on you. You must decide whether to use the newsletter service to the people.
Some organizations will send a newsletter to people unless they ask for them. Other organizations may be tax liability and decides not to raffle at the shop for information only. You need the money they have and they will keep a person in a year or so and then send a letter requesting jurisdiction "Would you continue to receive our newsletter? Yes or No." And if they do not hear from them or answer in the negative, then they take it from the list. But you can do each year. You can add a letter to your e-newsletter subscribers and asked them to want to "please continue this newsletter? And you can clean up the list that way.
